CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations on or before 01 October 2023 will be processed after a deduction of 15% which is to cover our administration costs and cancellation charges of external suppliers.
50% Cancellation Fee for the request received between 02 October to 15th October 2023.
Cancellations after 16th October 2023 will forfeit the entire fee.
Cancellations and requests for cancellations must be notified in writing to the SAAM 2023.

REFUND POLICY
All refunds will be settled directly using the same mode of payment used during the registration with average processing time of 45 days after the conference (18 December 2023).
